The Role
ICS Commercial Loan Advisors originate commercial, multifamily, and investment property loans on a national level. Our Advisors primary focus is originating multifamily, office, retail, and industrial property loans $1,000,000 and above in major markets.
Training & Compensation
All ICS Commercial Loan Advisors are 1099 independent contractors that work exclusively with ICS. Advisors must complete our online training program and are compensated on a commission-only basis. The average Advisor at quota earns $360k per year.
